Welcome to The Ark

Welcome to the 4th annual "The Ark Music Festival"

This is something that we've done every year for the past 4 years. Find your favorite tunes and post a YouTube, talk about your favorite bands or songs, post an inspirational lyric, or just hang out, listen to the tunes and chat.

It's always good clean fun.

For those who don't know how, or have been having issues posting videos, I've updated the help files. Just click here and read post number 6.

Here is a link to the previous blog.

Did somebody mention food?
Woke me up out of a sound sleep!

CHEESE FRIES ARE MY FAVORITE, next to Apple Fritters of course.

And Hot Fudge over double vanilla ice cream.

And Rib Eye Steaks smothered with onions.

Oh great, now I'm hungry and we don't eat until 6 PM.

HEY SUGAR BEAR, WHAT'S FOR DINNER TONIGHT?

Big plate of fries with lots of melted cheesy goodness poured over the top!

Hey Pottery!

Yeah, been raining cats and dogs.
Not much wind, lots of lightning.

Just sent you a WUmail that I thought I'd sent you this morning, but apparently goofed it.

Just got it. Thanks.

Got some pretty good thunderstorms going on.
Chased me in off the deck earlier.

Cooler though, so that's nice!

Looks like you going to have a wet evening too.
A couple of clouds around here, but nothing like what is over you.

Take care.

Good Morning!
Thanks for the tunes and the whatnot.

The big bunch of wet from the Bahamas is making it's way here.
Looks like a soggy couple days.

One of those days?

Yeah, it usually is!

Feels like a Bob day :))

Good morning gentlemen.
In and out.
Thought I'd drop off another oldie.
Beautiful day in the making here.

Gentle drizzle for a while, just to ensure that the ground will turn to steam in an hour or two so that one's epidermis can get a good workout today.

But I will endeavour to foul that plan, by remaining in a sedentary position all day long.

Good Sunday morning to you all.
Word on the street is that it's just one of those days.

Good Morning Captain, do you need another mule skinner?

A guy I worked with is a drummer. He is also a carpenter. His take:
"You know the stage is level if the drool is running from both sides of the drummer's mouth".
I'm out

And...before I shut down.
RTLSNK likes drum solos.
Here's a little something to enjoy with your Apple Fritter!
(uhm...don't let the knees distract you)

Oh, Yeah...Panama...how could I forget?

Okay, a little after 9 on a Saturday night.
I'm a bachelor...I am in dire need of an adrenaline rush.
What am I doing posting music on a weather blog?
There is surely trouble to be had somewhere.

Out for a while.
Take good care...

Still a rockin song!

Okay, the dinner hour is over.
Time to crank it up and rock!

Yep, ready and quite tasty!

Lurking soup doesn't sound safe to me.
Make sure it's not moving!</em>

I killed it with a few drops of hot sauce, and wolfed it down.
Was good in fact.
Although yours sounds better.....

Thanks for the good tunes.
Now I can go to bed with Carly . On my mind, you know? :):))

Have a good one!

Those dreams you banked upon are fading fast...

I guess Tampa and Bradenton are getting some serious weather.
I'd have never guessed it from here.

Not quite yet.
Soon as the outside finishes turning into crispy meat candy!

Ready yet ?
I'm drooling here, and the prospect is yours or a soup that we found lurking in the dark recesses of the freezer....

(it's been that kind of day!)

Brisket has been on the BBQ for about 5 hours now about 225-250 F.
Nibbling around the edges...think this is gonna be a good one.
Chilling out and tending the fire.

What time do we eat, eh ?

I must apologize, or is it apologise, or apolagize, or apolagise, or apoligize, or apoligise, hmmm, I seem to be having trouble with the spelling memory bank portion of my higher brain functions this morning due to a liberal dose of anti-laser-burn-medication, so just pick one of the words you like Pottery and thank you for bringing your comment to my attention because I seem to have missed it the first time.

It was a marvelous little ditty I must say.

Who but a wordsmith like yourself could combine woes, toes, nose, blows, bellows, goes, and knows all in the same poetic peripatetic permutation!

I chose not to damage the young doctor however.
I called the Chief Nurse in charge of the entire facility where the young doctor is just a small peg in a large medical wheel and she did a sonagram of the leg right away, found that the large painful lump was just excess fluid that sometimes gathers to repair the burned area inside your leg and that is what was causing the nerve alarms to go off in that area until it is absorbed by the body again and called in a prescription for enough strong happy pills to keep me happy and goofy until it goes away on its own time.

Of course it goes without saying that SugarBear is making sure that I don't wander off in this condition. :)

Good to see that your Brain is OK.

Hey Snakeymon!

Sorry to hear of all your woes.
You should kick that Doc with all your toes.
Then biff him smartly upon the nose,
And threaten him with subsequent blows
and squeeze his gulp until he bellows,
while placing his head where the sun never goes.
It will be nice, as everyone knows.

:):))

I'm sure that thoughts like that have crossed his mind this past week. Nice job, but I'm not too sure what his kicking abilities are at the moment.

...Today I get to make sure that everyone behaves themselves in accordance with whatever springs to mind.

Unfortunately, for them, my mind is a whirling maelstrom of irrelevant thought today.

What is all that noise?

Oh, its you my good man, great sunset photos!

It is Saturday you know, honey-doo lists are cancelled on the weekends.

Did no one tell you?
Shame on them.

It is article 437, paragraph 5, subsection b of the Husband contract.

You never read the contracts do you?

Perhaps this little-known fact only applies North of 20, or something.
I was not aware of it at all atall.

Today is 6 students, all happily playing with globs of clay and endeavouring to make multitudinous masterpieces.
Which means that NEXT saturday I have to fire-up the Raging Flames all day long, probing about in yellow-hot ovens for the entire day.
Today I get to make sure that everyone behaves themselves in accordance with whatever springs to mind.

Unfortunately, for them, my mind is a whirling maelstrom of irrelevant thought today.

Been up since 6.
Just didn't hear you guys come in.

What contract? I never saw any contract!
In fact...there's no one here to tell me I can't just go back to bed!

Starting to look more like a bachelor pad here though.
