Summer of thunderstorms in Idaho's Panhandle

This summer we have had thunderstorms with attendant winds and hail at a frequency higher than usual.
Power companies have been kept busy and power to this station has been interrupted four times thus far, twice for over 24 hours.

Area rains continued for the third consecutive day. Birds are engaging in zugunruhe in preparation for their flight south.
