A small thunderstorm appeared this morning and dropped 0.3 inches of rain in 15 minutes. At that rate a larger storm or a few more back-to-back would have rained 1.2 inches in 1 hour. This is the most significant rainfall since Thursday's Flash Flood watch that was cancelled when it did not rain at all. Yesterday just a few hundredths of an inch fell.
