another week comes to an end,and next week is a short week,so all is good. Wife is feeling not too bad. It's been a fairly good work week. This morning more like a summer morning, with temps in the 50's,and somewhat on the humid side.Front will move through today and dry us out by afternoon and turning cooler, but not cold.At this point there is no cold air in sight.I suspect looking at long range pattern changes, some cold air may visit the country toward the end of november and start of December, also could have an active storm track, so we'll have to wait and see as we get closer to the end of the month.

Local school has banned usage of red and green paper and anything else associated with Christmas. Is it just me or are we going to far with this fear of offending people.Last time I checked this is still the Christmas season,if this time of year bothers you, stay inside your house until its over.Actually this should be a good time of year to explain to your kids about diversity and the differences of religious beliefs. Finally got a cold morning for november, after some above normal morning lows most of the month so far.26 deg at my house this morning. But looks like above normal temps are going to continue into next week, with two wet periods to occur.1.Friday should see whats left of the mid west low move through, some heavy showers to occur even the chance of thunder in some areas.2. Coastal low for Monday into Tuesday, doesn't look like a major nor'easter, but could see an inch of ...

Well, weather has decided to take a rest in the northeast at least until early next week, after Sunday thinks may get a little active, but storms should stay just wet not white,as there is no terribly cold weather projected right now. A weak frontal passage on Friday with a few showers, the only wet weather for the week.Chilly mornings, and normal to above normal daytime temps.

Seems to be a pattern this year, can't count how many Saturday washouts this year and this past Saturday was no exception. Rain gauge finished up by Sunday morning at 3.26 inches. So November went from over an inch below normal to an inch above normal.I said it last week,November can turn around quickly. We also are above normal temperature wise, with a normal to a little above normal week ahead. The less said about the Colts-Patriots game the better.I don't mind ...
