Its been a warm first half of September. As expected it should be cooling down the last half of September. There have been numerous troughs moving across the US which cause big cool downs then big warmups.September is that transitional type of month, where you get these wide swings. The good news is all these troughs keep the tropical systems out to sea.Nadine is out there right now,but out in the central atlantic.May move over and threaten the Azores.Nothing else expected in the near future. We here in the Northeast start to relax as chances for tropical systems drop very low after the middle of the month.
Another 80 degree today, then fall weather returns for the foreseeable future.
