Another day with Red Flag warning, don't remember a spring with so many fire warnings.Thankfully people must be heeding the warnings,no major brush fires so far.
The weather for us is pretty much what we have been getting with no major rains in sight. This could be become a major issue it this continues.
Warm days and chilly nights is what we will see for the future right now.
Redsox open in Detriot tomorrow and expectations this year are slipping away. They just don't look good, and now they have lost their closer.I just don't really care to be honest.

GM,Mass,Hey,you just made an interesting connection,I didn't associate to.I've been reading about the 100th anniversary of Fenway Park and then the 100th anniversary of the titanic. If that doesn't make you give up on this year nothing will.
Well, don't count on a lot of rain Sunday or early next week,I suspect just showery weather.Red Flag warnings are easy to deal with compared to what Texas had to deal with yesterday, but I am concerned if we don't get a lot of rain pretty soon,we may have some serious issues down the road.We just started April and we are almost 6 inches below normal.Up here in New England we tend to catch up too quickly,so I guess we should be careful what we wish for.
Jus, sure borrow the music, its a great video on history. It is suppose to be windy and cool in Detriot tomorrow.

Mornin' NEw ~

You know, I'd rather be dealing with the Red Flag warnings in Mass. rather than any potentially devastating droughts, heatwaves, hurricanes or the tornado(es) as seen in parts of Texas the other day. At least, around here, we know that sooner or later (perhaps this weekend?)we should receive enough replenishing rainfall to stop the threat of current potential fire hazards. Fingers crossed, anyway! Sadly, each new year seems to bring more overwhelming weather challenges for many. I wish meteorologic science could get a better handle on this.

I know what you mean about this year's chances for the Red Sox. It seems like they've already taken the 100th anniversary of the "Titanic's" sinking to heart. After last year's serious debacle and aftermath, I doubt we'll get to see them win another AL pennant, let alone the World Series, in our lifetime again. Sad state of affairs! Terry Francona will certainly have plenty to chortle about while he broadcasts for ESPN this baseball season.

By the looks of the video below, it appears you've converted into a NY Yankees fan. Should we now be singing, "Where have you gone, Joe DiMaggio, [Red Sox sic] Nation turns its lonely eyes to you .... woo woo woo?" LOL!
