Another Monday morning.Having trouble getting my energy focused on the day's work.
1.Our April weather will continue for the foreseeable future, which brief minor cool downs.
2. Signs of spring everywhere
a. Robins all over the place in the yards, indications the worms are already moving in the soil.
b.Maple trees buds are already growing large, way
ahead of time,if this keeps up,we'll see leaves on the trees in early April.
c.Mentioning sea breezes already, which is normally reserved for spring.
3.Was about to open the door to my deck and let my cat out for the morning, when I see a fox standing next to the deck, glad I spotted him before I let the cat out.
4.A sign of our easy winter, usually at this time of year, the sides of the streets have a large amount of sand from all the sanding over the winter, very little sand around this year.
5.Really cool sight in the sky at night with Venus and Jupiter sitting next to each other, they'll continue to get closer and closer for the next week or so.
So I better get started working, and get this shortened week going. I will be off Friday and the following Mon. and Tues. as I start my remodeling projects in my house.

Have to laugh about your Drew Brees vs. Peyton Manning comment to Pat just below! LOL!!!! I seriously doubt the Saints would ever pick up Manning given his too high price and recent persistent neck problems. Waaay too risky and needless given Brees' equally excellent QB track record and better physical health.
It certainly looks to be a glorious weather-wise day outside with temps expected to near 71F degrees around here! WHOOOO-HOOOO! Hope you can find the time to venture outside during your lunch period to partake of some of the warmth and sunshine. Can't wait till it becomes a more permanent fixture until summer steps it up a few notches! I'm sort of curious to know if we're destined to have a hotter than usual summer season as well given the unusually warm temps of winter and now very possibly through spring. Truthfully, I don't think my chilled, frail achy bones would mind a hot spell, except by those ridiculously heat breaking temps experienced by Texas last year! Heaven forbid!
You know once the heat comes in,we'll be complaining when the humidity is going to break. It does make you wonder if we are in for an early summer this year with lots of heat.I see where you got a little snow last week,we didn't get anything. I was watching some of the videos of all the accidents up on the north shore, and we had nothing going on.
So this is the big weekend for the projects. Can't wait to hear how everything is going.
Really coming down now again here.
Nice tunes.
