Thankfully the long weekend is about here, one more frustrating day to get through.Summery weather has finally arrived in our area with temps in the 80's and humid.Risk of thunderstorms in our area, should remain to the western portions of New England, some could be severe.
Should stay warm into midweek next week, but opportunities for weak cold fronts on Saturday along the coast and again Monday, before a real cold front moves through Wednesday. So nice to be in shorts and Tshirts.
Another big win for the Redsox yesterday afternoon,so the team we expected has finally arrived and we are tied with the Yankess for first.Of course the big game is the 7th game of the hockey playoffs tonight in Boston with Tampa Bay.Would be a great day if we can move on to the Stanley cup.Somewhat confident, but Tampa has been up to the task.

Hi NEw, almost time! Hope you made it through the day and the next couple o hours fly by!

Was looking for a tune...thought R.O.C.K in the USA would be good to kick things off for the holiday weekend...
found this one which is just silly, but kind of funny! Have a great weekend!

Good Morning NEw!

I'm hoping those strong t'storms expected later this afternoon will stay enough west of us in the Merrimack Valley area! For now, it's
very pleasant outside with the sun finally overtaking initial overcast clouds and temps around 70. Nevertheless, I'll be keeping a watchful eye on our local doppler radar this afternoon! At least, the weekend looks rather promising.

HOPE THE BRUINS MAKE IT TO THE STANLEY CUP PLAYOFFS TONIGHT! IT'S NOW OR NEVER THIS SEASON!

Sorry, you don't get Versus which is connected with Verizon FIOS, I believe. Surprisingly, Comcast airs this station as part of our current package or bundle deal. Could you possibly catch the score or game online?? Hope you'll, at least, get to see victorious highlights tonight nonetheless!

Hope your work day goes by swiftly and may you and yours have a peaceful, relaxing and
reflective Memorial Day Weekend!

As we start this unofficial start of summer, lets remember what this this holiday is for and think of our troops who have lost their lives and those are still in harms way.
