Bonnie fizzled out,so you see comments that this season is a bust, after all the predictions. Those are usually comments from people who are not in the path of these storms, but anyone in the danger zone, knows the most dangerous part of the season is fast approaching.Looking a models and some of the better tropical bloggers, such as Levi and Storm and Dr. Masters,as we enter August it looks like things are going to get much more active.Models are hinting at several areas from the carribean to the central atlantic to off the SE coast.Right now I feel fairly safe here in the northeast, with the current setup, but things may change and probably will.I still feel the east coast is going to become more vulnerable as we move through August.
Lets hope what ever forms is a miss.
We have one more hot and dry day today, then humidity starts to increase as tonight progresses.Expecting showers and storms on Thursday, then more dry warm weather for the weekend.Dare I say we do need the rain?
