enjoying the weather

Gotta love this weather, eventhough today will not be as warm, still going to get into the 50's,same for tomorrow, then its all downhill from there. Spring can be spectacular, but when the battle of warm air trying to move north and the cold air is trying to hold its ground, weather can get pretty awful.Weather systems tend to move much slower in the spring, and the system currently effecting the middle part of the country reaches the east, its not going anywhere fast. could see 2-4 inches of rain starting Thursday and right through the weekend,so enjoy the weather the next couple of days.
I mean come on you didn't think this kind of weather was going to last?Look at this way,the cold wet weather will be incentive to stay in bed longer and make up for losing one hour with the time change this weekend.

Good Wed. morning -- YAWN! Gotta' get ready to drive up I-95 to pick up my 32-yrs. old baby boy at BWI, coming in from Hawaii. Will be good to see him but sucks for me to have to actually get showered & dressed before all the morning laughs and noting the latest troll attacks -- but the trolls will spring eternal under one name or the other.

Unfortunately, looks like the son may have missed the most excellent couple days of weather... so far we're 43F and mostly cloudy... sure beats last month, though.

Hope your boss stays busy going through his in-box today and you still have a slight reprieve, NE!

scam artists,in the old days they were called flim-flam men,con artists, whatever, they are people who try to take advantage of people.During disasters they try to take advantage of peoples generosity, they try to take advantage of the elderly, then there are those who take advantage of people's stupidity.
Case in point,on the news.
Some guy randomly calling people on the phone saying he was a UPS driver and he has a friend who works with Sears and his friend told him that they suddenly have a surplus of new tvs and they need to get rid of some of them.He asks the person on the phone if they are interested in getting a couple of tvs for $900.
He keeps calling people until he finds someone who says sure, and tells them to meet him down in front of the Sears store.
When they show up the guy jumps into their car and tells them he will go in and pack up the tvs and will be back out in a few minutes, and gets the money and goes into the store.Of course he goes out the other side of the store and makes off with the money.
I know there are gullible people around, but come on people. If they catch this guy,I think the customer should get charged for aiding and abetting the crime.

LOL,AIM,you give me a good laugh.Every once in a while you try to get serious, and get yourself in trouble,I refuse to get serious anymore,I just try to fill my blog with weather or just fluff.Prime example Ace of Base, can't get any fluffier than that.

Good morning...another beautiful day in the Village by the City, here. It's going to be either disgusting or somewhat exciting ("possible random thunderstorms") or both here this weekend, so I'd best enjoy it while one canst.

I tried to get a little -- very little -- deeper on another blog last night, I mean yesterday morning, about 3 a.m. Don't think I'll try that again.
Think I'll stick with being a silly superficial lightweight -- June babies can be whatever they wish at whatever point in time...it's our prerogative. Actually I guess that's any woman's prerogative. You poor guys...just occasionally, and for a short period of time, I feel sorry for you.

ADD: Hey, NE, I'm digging the Ace of Base tune. I'd never heard it before; it's a keeper, thanks!

Hi NEw, chance of showers here all the way until Monday, but we don't expect accumulations like 2-4 " like you?
That is a lot on top of all the snow melt, isn't it? Well maybe you didn't get that much snow? hmmm

Ok I'll quit questioning and answering myself on your blog...sorry.
I'll go talk to myself on my blog! :) have a good day!
