	February too warm, March too cold !

In Belgium :February was characterized by an exceptional excess of the sunshine duration (125h40m - normal : 73 hours) and an abnormal excess of the average temperature.February 2008March was characterized by an abnormal excess (quantity and duration) of precipitation (140.5 mm : broken record ! - normal: 53.6 mm) and a extremely abnormal lack of sunshine duration (68h25m - normal : 120 hours).March 2008We had spring in winter, but we have our first snow in March !

	WHO don't like my photos ?

For a few weeks, I notice that some members rate my photos with 5 or 3. If you don't like my photos, or if you are racists (I make effort to write in English, which is not my native language!), go your way! Others appreciate to discover other countries than theirs! Thanks!
