Tropical Storm Dujuan (13W) Advisory Number 4
1100 AM EDT FRI SEP 4 2009

...Dujuan continues to move northeastward...

AT 1100 AM EDT...1500Z...The center of Tropical Storm Dujuan was located near latitude 19.4 degrees north and longitude 131.5 degrees east. This is about 650 miles east of Tuguegarao City,Philippines and 535 miles south-southeast of Kadena,Japan.

Dujuan is moving toward the northeast at 15 MPH...24 KM/HR. This general motion is expected to continue within the next 12 hours with a gradual turn to the north-northeast by Saturday Night.

Maximum sustained winds are near 40 MPH...65 KM/HR...with higher gusts. Strengthening is expected in the next few days and Dujuan could become a typhoon by Sunday.

Estimated minimum central pressure is 990 MB...29.24 inches.
