Thunder and lightning observed here near the PTMB in a light to moderate rainstorm moving in from the northwest.
A wind gust of almost 14 MPH has also been recorded.
While not quite freezing, the temperature got down to 36.0 degrees this morning as sleet fell in the Palmer Township Municipal Building area.Slushy coating observed on patches of grass and cars.Record snowfall to the north and west, including two inches in State College.
A trace of snowfall recorded at the Palmer Township Municipal Building this afternoon. Current temperature reading 36.9 degrees.
