Weather at Kittery Point Village

Well under way now, reported 5 inches snow at 7:00 AM for CoChRahs, with 0.63" water content. A bit higher than we were thinking it might be.

Yesterday something went funny with my Weather Station postings. They only seem to get through to Weather Underground every couple of hours. I tried rebooting, restarting, and such and that would bring it back to posting for about 10 minutes, then they be rejected again by WU as "invalid station identifier." Then after while its OK again.

Waremest Columbus Day Weekend ever.

Our highs were 76, 81 and 79 with a west to north breeze. But still cooler here than inland where records were broken. It was even warm out on the ocean when we went out sailing on Sunday.

No frost yet

It got down to 36 this morning but I saw no signs of frost. Forecast is that it will be colder tonight so we might see it tomorrow morning.

9:41 AM EDT Pressure is dropping now for sure, at 997.7 hPa. Winds are now ESE at around 12 knots, gusting to 20 knots. Had 1.04 inches of rain at the 7:00 AM Cocoras report, heavy rain now. Now it looks like a real storm. Sump pump has run twice meaning water is beginning to build the the basement.Kathy just checked on our robin family in the lilacs. 1405 EDT Pressure is falling slightly now, 1012.5. Winds still light, from the South, 3.1. Cooler here than inland by 9 degrees. Kathy is cutting and tying in the garden.
