Good Morning! At Smithville, MS, the current temperature is 30 and it feels like 30. Highs will continue to range between 47 and 64 with lows between 30 and 44. There is an 80% chance of thunderstorms/wind tomorrow. Strong to severe storms are likely. Main threats will be for damaging winds up to 80mph, large hail up to golf ball size, tornadoes, and heavy rainfall. Dr. Greg Forbes, the severe weather expert at The Weather Channel, is giving East-Central MS a TOR:CON (Tornado Condition Index) of a 4 out of 10. This means that there is a 40% chance of seeing a tornado within a 50 mile radius. Timing of these storms on Monday will be from 1pm-10pm. At the Regional Rehab Center in Tupelo, MS, the current temperature is 32 and it feels like 32. Todays high is 62 with a low of 44. Mondays high is 59 with an 80% chance of thunderstorms/wind.

Now, for your Winter/Severe Weather Update for the Southeast Region. There could be severe weather potential possibly around March 10th-11th.

Hope yall are having a great Sunday and I'll have another post tomorrow morning.
