Good Morning! At Smithville, MS, the current temperature is 33 and it feels like 33. Highs will continue to range between 52 and 70 with lows between 28 and 56. There is a 70% chance of AM rain/wind on Thursday. Some storms could be strong to severe late Wednesday into early Thursday morning. Main threats will be for large hail and damaging winds. An isolated tornado or two cannot be ruled out. Dr. Greg Forbes, the severe weather expert at The Weather Channel, is giving MS a 2 to 3 on TOR:CON (Tornado Condition Index) for Wednesday night. This is a 20-30% chance of seeing a tornado within a 50 mile radius. At the Regional Rehab Center in Tupelo, MS, the current temperature is 37 and it feels like 37. Todays high is 63 with a low of 39. Wednesdays high is 66.

Now, for your Winter/Severe Weather Update for the Southeast Region. There could possibly be severe weather potential around December 19th-20th, around 25th-27th, and the 31st-January 1st, 2013.

Hope yall are having a great Tuesday and I'll have another post tomorrow morning.
