Fabio weakening, Atlantic quiet, and usual pop-up storms continue

Good Morning! At Smithville, MS, the current temperature is 73 and it feels like 73. Highs will continue to range between 88 and 93 with lows between 70 and 72. Rain chances will range between 30 to 60% each day this week across North MS. These storms will be isolated to scattered and some could be strong to severe with large hail and gusty winds. At the Regional Rehab Center in Tupelo, MS, the current temperature is 76 and it feels like 76. Today’s high is 93 with a low of 73. Wednesdays high is 90.

Now, for your tropical update. In the Atlantic, all is quiet. In the Eastern Pacific, Tropical Storm Fabio has winds of 50mph with a pressure of 996mbars. Movement is North at 9mph. Tropical Storm Fabio will continue to weaken and is headed toward Baja California. The remnants of Fabio may provide a decent shot of rain for the Southwest.
