Not expected to become a hurricane at this time. Forecast path has shifted more toward the Florida Panhandle. Tropical Storm Warning is in effect from MS/AL border to Suwannee River, Florida. Tropical Storm Watch in effect for parts of Florida, too. Eastern Pacific remains quiet. Main impacts from Debby in Florida and along the Gulf Coast will be heavy rain of 5-10+ inches and flash flooding, high waves/rough seas, isolated tornadoes, high winds, storm surge, and rip currents.
