Severe weather Thursday; some strong to severe storms today

Good Morning! At Smithville, MS, the current temperature is 48, but it feels like 43. Highs will continue to range between 56 and 78 with lows between 34 and 55. There is a 30% chance of isolated thunderstorms today. The SPC has a slight risk area out for parts of North MS and into Northern Alabama for today. The main threats will be hail and damaging winds. There is a 30% chance of isolated thunderstorms on Thursday. Main threats will be heavy rain, flash flooding, large hail, damaging winds, and isolated tornadoes. Most of the storms will not come in until late Thursday evening into Thursday night. An intense squall line of storms is likely to form late Thursday evening and push through the South. At the Regional Rehab Center in Tupelo, MS, the current temperature is 48, but it feels like 43. Todays high is 67 and a low of 54 with a 30% chance of isolated thunderstorms. Thursdays high is 76 with a 30% chance of isolated thunderstorms/wind. Winds will be out of the South-Southwest at 20-30mph with higher gusts.
