Good Morning! A Wind Chill Advisory is remains in effect for North MS until 9am this morning. Wind chill values of zero to negative five expected. A Special Weather Statement is in effect for North MS concerning a wintry mix possible Wednesday night into Thursday. A mix of snow, freezing rain, and sleet will all be possible. Precipitation amounts appear light, but could cause hazardous travel conditions. At Smithville, MS, the current temperature is 9 and it feels like 0. Highs will continue to range between 30 and 65 with lows between 17 and 50. Watch out for ice on bridges, roads, and overpasses again this morning. There is a slight chance of rain on Friday, a 70% chance of light rain on Saturday, a 50% chance of showers on Sunday, and a slight chance of rain on Monday. At the Regional Rehab Center in Tupelo, MS, the current temperature is 7 and it feels like 7. Todays high is 28 with a low of 17. Wednesdays high is 43 and mostly cloudy.
