Good Morning! A Wind Chill Advisory is now in effect for North MS until 12pm today. Wind chill values of below zero expected. At Smithville, MS, the current temperature is 18 and it feels like 18. Highs will continue to range between 21 and 65 with lows between 8 and 48. Winds today will be out of the Northwest at 20mph with higher gusts. Many locations of the Mid-South and Southeast may not get above freezing until late Wednesday morning. Watch out for ice on bridges, roads, and overpasses this morning. There is a 40% chance of showers on Thursday, a 40% chance of showers on Friday, a 40% chance of showers on Saturday, a 30% chance of a few showers on Monday, and a 60% chance of showers Monday. At the Regional Rehab Center in Tupelo, MS, the current temperature is 15 and it feels like -2. Todays high is 18 and a low of 7 with winds out of the North-Northwest at 20mph with higher gusts. Tuesdays high is 29.

In the North Indian Ocean, Tropical Cyclone One has winds of 40mph with a pressure of 1004mbars. Movement is West at 3mph. Is expected to also dissipate soon. In the Southern Hemisphere, Tropical Cyclone Ian has winds of 40mph with a pressure of 995mbars. Movement is West at 1mph.
