Whoever did this, we're offering amnesty to you. We'll all look away as you put winter back, no repercussions. If it's too heavy and you need help lifting it, let us know.

Well, our weather has turned in the wrong direction (for you!). I did go in the pool today and the day before yesterday and I plan to get in it on Wednesday too! I was looking towards our mountains the the tops are brown again - no more snow. I'm sure the resorts are hurting. They won't be happy about this - no snow during the holidays when they get the most visitors.

Someone must be getting it - so who??? The midwest?

The perpetrator will be dealt with harshly if they do not come forward by the new year. 5 days and change to return our beloved season to us, unharmed and extra snow laden.

Quoting seflagamma:
LOL HS, just keep sending that tropical warm weather my way, I am loving a "Tank Top & shorts" winter!

May go sit out in the sun tomorrow or get in pool! LOL

Hope your snow comes your way soon!!

Well at least Poppy has a nice view this winter!

Throw harder with more loft Bangor. You never know what might work. And why "general" direction? With google earth and a gps, you should be able to throw it in the exact direction, to a millimeter on either side. From Maine, general direction could mean snow in the mountains and another soaking rain event here. I need more precision from you real snow experts. I made a frost ball the other morning...

It "warmed up" to 31 degrees today. Perfect sledding for all the kids on vacation. Also perfect for making snowballs, I tossed one in your general direction!

Thanks for all of the holiday wishes! It is much more seasonable today so at least it feels a little like Christmas Eve. But just a little. Worst winter ever setting up. I hope I'm wrong and Blizz is too!

So again, I beg of you, PLEASE PUT WINTER BACK! LEAVE IT ON THE COFFEE TABLE, OR IN THE BACK YARD, PLEASE.

LOL Heavy!

Year to year variability - last season, they couldn't buy snow in Colorado Rockies while all of us in eastern 2/3rds were freezing... As hinted by Karen, intermountain west is hogging da white stuff lately!

But dang son, yer thermometer aint exactly warm either!
Patience... don't throw away the sneaux shovel yet!
;)

White or not, Merry Christmas at ya!

Hiya Heavy! No snow here but I saw some last week on the top of Mt. Jacinto! We are expected temps in the 70s this weekend and I am looking forward to that as we have been cold! (for us!)

Until you get your snow - here is my greeting to you!

And here is the snow I saw last week!

Hello HeavySnow and all your beautiful family!

Happy Holidays!

From our Home to Yours
Merry Christmas and a Healthy & Happy New Year 2012!

"And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow,
stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so? It came without ribbons.
It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags.
And he puzzled and puzzled, till his puzzler was sore.
Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn%u2019t before.
What if Christmas, he thought, doesn%u2019t come from a store.
What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more."

- Dr. Seuss

Upper West Virginia could be Siberia compared to DC. Different winter climates altogether. Lots of elevation and lake effect out there. You're both on the list! Now I'm gonna' turn around and not look back for a few minutes.
