Something Witchy This Way Comes

Storm is Leaving

Yesterday was like a summer day. But by the time the sun set, it was winter again with howling winds coming down off the mountain. Everything that wasn't nailed down wound up against the front fence. This morning there was a dusting of snow on the hills. About mid afternoon I saw some snowflakes swirling around but not enough to show up on a photo.
Tomorrow the model rocket fans are due to launch at the dry lake bed. It looks like it may rain/snow a bit tonight, but I think by morning, they'll be able to do their thing and we will go watch the fun.
