Good Monday morning!
There's pretty much nothing on the Midwestern radar this morning, nor are there even any significant cloud patches to speak of! High pressure to our south is dominating the weather across the central United States, and promises to make the next two days outstanding weatherwise! Temperatures will be warmer than yesterday, near our normal high temperature for this time of the year, but things will warm above normal starting tomorrow as this high pressure system moves east and the winds change direction to come from the southwest instead of the northwest. So sunshine today and tomorrow, then "popcorn" thunderstorms tomorrow night through Saturday, and very warm all the while.
Today’s Forecast Grade: A
Today: Mostly sunny this morning, maybe a few clouds this afternoon. A little warmer with a high of 80.
Tonight: Partly cloudy, lows near 60.
Tomorrow: Partly cloudy and warmer, maybe an isolated thunderstorm tomorrow night. Highs mid- 80s central, upper 80s south. Don't be surprised if a few places even hit 90 tomorrow! Chance of rain tomorrow night 25%.
Wednesday: Partly sunny, warm and a little humid. Becoming breezy with maybe a thunderstorm developing. Highs 82-87. Chance of rain 30%.
Thursday: Partly sunny, very warm and humid with maybe another thunderstorm developing. Highs 86-91. Chance of rain 40%.
Friday: Mostly cloudy, still warm and a little humid with scattered showers and thunderstorms a little more likely. Highs 82-87. Chance of rain 50%.
Saturday: Partly sunny, maybe a morning or afternoon shower or thunderstorm. Highs 79-84. Chance of rain 30%.
