New E-mail Threshold
I had the same problem yesterday that I did on Friday with my email never getting sent out, but I caught it quickly enough and resent it ten minutes later. I think I may have crossed some sort of threshold since the email addresses are above 100 now (some people like getting my updates both at home and work), and wonder if maybe Time Warner doesn't let you send BCC emails to 100+ people? The only way I'm able to send the updates is by splitting the BCC into two separate emails, which is kind of a pain but apparently the only way I can still get these sent out to everyone. Are there any mail server techs out there that would have some suggestions? I'm going to play with my McAfee software too to see if that's blocking the emails.

Todays forecast grade: D

Important Weather Statement: (Courtesy of the National Weather Service)
Fox Cities:
Wind Chill Advisory in effect until 10 am CST this morning...
Wind chill readings are expected to remain in the 25 to 30 below
zero range this morning. Wind chills this low can cause frostbite
in 15 to 30 minutes.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that wind combined with very cold air
will generate low wind chills. This could result in frost bite
and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken. If you
must venture outdoors... make sure you wear a warm coat... a
hat... and gloves.

Southern Wisconsin:
... Several inches of snow expected in parts of south central
Wisconsin today...

Light snow will spread into portions of south central and
southeast Wisconsin early this morning. The snow will continue for
3 to 6 hours... and diminish during the early to middle portion of
the afternoon.

The Monroe... Darlington..Shullsburg and Dodgeville areas are
expected to receive the heaviest snowfall of 2 to 3 inches.
Between 1 and 2 inches of light snow is expected to the east and
north of this area from around Reedsburg to Madison to
Janesville... Racine and Kenosha.

Anywhere from a dusting to an inch is expected in much of the
Milwaukee Metro area as well as Beaver Dam... with little if any
snow accumulation expected farther north in Fond Du Lac and

Due to the very cold temperatures and light... fluffy nature of the
snow... untreated roadways are expected to become quite slippery
this morning... especially southwest of Madison where the heaviest
snowfall is anticipated.

Wisconsin Forecast:
Now: At 7am with some sunshine north and central and clouds south, we've still got some very, very cold temperatures. It's around -11 central, -5 south, and a whopping -25 north. And that's not counting the wind chill, which is subtracting another -15 to -20 to those temps in eastern Wisconsin.

Synopsis: Many schools are closed for a second consecutive day because of the cold, but today will hopefully be the last day of the massive arctic chill before "warmer" temperatures move in. A warm front to our west will push moisture, clouds and light snow across southern Wisconsin today, but after that, we might see high temperatures in the teens above zero, and maybe even the 20s by next week. You wouldn't have been so thankful for that last sentence a month ago!

Today: Mostly cloudy with scattered snow showers developing this morning south, and especially southwest. An inch or two is possible by this afternoon. High of 7 central, 4 north, and near 10 south. Those are all above zero, by the way. Chance of snow 20% central, 40% south.

Tonight: Becoming partly cloudy, breezy, lows near -5 central and south, -10 to -15 north.

Tomorrow: Mostly sunny, breezy and warmer, highs low to mid- teens. Get out the sunblock!

Thursday: Partly cloudy, highs 13-18.
Friday: Mostly cloudy and a little colder with flurries. Highs 10-15.
Saturday: Partly cloudy, highs 10-15.
Sunday: Light snow developing late. A little warmer, highs 14-19. Chance of snow Sunday night 25%. We could see highs in the 20s next week. *insert giddiness here*

Today in Las Vegas, Nevada: Sunshine, highs lower 70s.

Today in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina: Sunshine, highs lower 50s.

Today in League City and Pearland, Texas: Becoming mostly sunny, highs mid- 60s.

Today in Evansville, Indiana: Light snow or sleet possible, highs mid- 30s.
