Sunny, breezy and much cooler today.
A cold front moved through Wisconsin yesterday developing scattered thunderstorms across the area, an isolated few of which became severe with strong winds and hail (although my backyard stayed dry all day). If you’ve been outside this morning, you’re already feeling the after-effects of the front, which include that wind direction shift to the north and much cooler, less-humid temperatures. After breaking more records yesterday with highs near 90 (and a local marathon being cancelled!), today we’re going to struggle to hit 70. We will gradually warm up again as the week progresses, with more dry weather expected through mid-week.
