Clouds and sunshine today, thundershowers possible late.
We were originally expected to be in the 60s and possibly 70s yesterday. That didn’t happen as the mild air arrived a little later than expected, and the cloud cover helped keep most of us in the 50s to near 60. Eventual cloud cover from a low pressure system moving through the Plains states could deliver the same temperatures today, although unlike yesterday, these clouds may also bring scattered showers along with a few rumbles of thunder later today and tonight. After that, it’s probably a dry rest of the work week with high temperatures a little above normal (not for a change).
