Weather station maintainence

Well, the station has been running great. The Meteohub data logger just sits there and runs, it is a small application that runs on Linux on a " Sheevaplug" microPC, it looks like a wall wart power supply with an ethernet RJ45 plugged into it. I think i have rebooted it twice in over six months.

New weatehr station for MD50 CRE airport

I recently installed a new PWS weather station to my home airport. My wife, MaryBeth, and I live on a community airport with the FAA designator "MD50". It's about 60nm south of Washington DC. The picture shows the Davis Instrument Vantage Pro 2 "ISS" or Integrated Sensor System. I find that amusing, because we call the sensor package on my work jet the "ISS", Integrated Sensor Suite".
