Atmospheric reverberations?

Hello it has been a long time since I updated my blog. Now I want to share with you a rare situation.

The story begins here in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico, this last monday we were especting to have a low pressure system for this wednesday Feb 8th (yesterday). And on Tuestay at 11pm we got some drizzle and then clear skies, later at 4:30am (Wednesday 8th) something strange woke me up, it was like a huge noise I mean a huge bang!, at home my friend also woke up and the neighbors too, but that bang or sound did not stoped besides that it lasted for almost 2 hours, I've never heard something like that, It sounded like a huge boat in the sea, or an airplain, train ( and we don't even have trains in the state ). We thought that It could be an Earthquake 'coz it seemed to come from the ground but also from the sky, then at 5:45am we saw some lightning at the distance with its respective thunder and some light rain, so WE can say that the noise was not a thunder or weren't thunders. In La Paz we live about 250 000 people and most of the population heard it in all the city.

The local weather service said that were thunders and also Atmospheric reverberations, in my opinion I don't think the same, the noises began earlier than the lightnings and the rain.

What do you thing it could be?

Weather Stations maintenance?

Since yesterday I saw the next message then all went to the normal, but today it seems that will take a little bit longer, Something new will appear in the weather stations? or just a Schedual maintenance?This feature is currently undergoing maintenance. We got heavy rain, heavy winds and an incredible thunderstorm show for almost 3 hours. Sadly the power went out for about 4 hours.Here are a few things that I got to share with you.I recored a lightning at the end of the video.This other one was recorded in Cabo San Lucas, u can see the Arch of Cabo.
