Satellite / Summary Report from this mornings Ham Radio Forecast

.Well, looking down into the sea this morning with this satellite I can’t see any clouds in the sea. Looking over to the Mexican Riviera I can see that south of Manzanillo there has been some thunderbumper activity last night and this morning. Also around Puerta Vallarta they reported almost an inch of rain yesterday.
So looking further south to the Tehuantepec it looks like the winds are in the 15K ranges but are forecast to be enhanced by low pressure over in the Caribbean, but will diminish as the low shifts northward through today.
Our Late season tropical storm Polo has been plutoed to a depression yesterday afternoon however the flow in the Eastern Pacific Basin is easterly and most likely we, both Baja and the Mexican Riviera, will see some remnant clouds pass over us from Polo in the next few days.
Looking further south to the ITCZ I can see a stationary line of convection along 8 north this morning. Out about 118 West there is a large cell that is feeding into the area where Polo is and this plume of clouds looks like it will be sending fluffys over the southern Riviera for the next 24 hours or so.
Looking now back to the west coast of the Baja peninsula. No marine layer to speak of, all I can see is some cirrus, whispys, moving across the northern end of the sea from off the coast of Southern California.
So, looking now up to the west coast of America. Up at the top of this image I can see that another wet and cool day is in store for the Pacific Northwest Wednesday as another Pacific system is scheduled to arrive around midday. Rain and snow showers are forecast for the northwest today. This system should drop down into Northern California later today.
Looking over into the Great Basin that big honkin’ low has moved east out of the basin and causing some serious weather in the northern planes today. In the meantime high pressure is filling in. By tomorrow it will be in the 1024 ranges around the 4 corners. Looking at Arizona it is pretty much cloud free with the exception of those whispys I mentioned in the upper end of the sea.
Back down here today we should have another great day of continuing warm temperatures and moderate winds. Only the north end of the bay should have gusterly conditions. Both the daytime highs and overnight lows are starting to drop a little each day, but today we should see highs in the mid to high 80s, both on the peninsula and the Mexican Riviera.
Wading out to take the pool temperature this morning the water was 10 degrees warmer than the air. Temperature in the bay was 79.9, the air was 69 degrees.
73s y’all
