After the Sonrisa Weather it’s back to work.

The following is from my daily ham radio Report

Voice to Text……….
.Looking down into the Sea this morning I can see the far northern Sea has some clouds passing over to as far south as Gonzoga bay. It looks like there will be some breaks in the clouds as the front moves out of southern California this morning and into Arizona.
Looking at the rest of the Sea I can see that there is a band of scattered and broken low level clouds moving southeast across the Baja peninsula from about Santa Rosalia to the cape. If this flow continues this band will slowly drift further south and perhaps dissipate by later this morning or this afternoon. I would expect to see mostly clear skies by this afternoon.
This band is coming from an area of convection along the ITCZ this morning. No jet support, these clouds are just drifting toward Baja, and then drifting south.
Looking further south to the Mexican Riviera where some of this band may end up this afternoon, however right now all I can see are a few fluffys in the Manzanillo/Zihuatanejo areas.
Looking out into the Eastern Pacific Basin this morning I can see a gentle flow of mostly whispys moving from the area around Hawaii toward the Baja coast this morning.
No advisories for the Tehuantepec this morning with only ballpark 20 knot winds forecast for today and tomorrow.
So looking now north to the west coast of America where winter is not over yet on the west coast.
The first of a series of systems to bring rain and snow to California is now just getting ready to exit southern California and move into the southwest.
Later today most of the west coast will just see some clouds before the next system moves in this weekend from the Gulf of Alaska.
Two Pacific storms will move through northern California over the weekend bringing winds and rain in the lower elevations and snow to the mountains. The first system will move ashore tomorrow and bring snow down to 2000-3000 feet by Saturday morning.
The second will follow a brief break on Saturday night and then a second more potent storm arrives on Easter Sunday morning. More rain and heavier snow is forecast for this system.
Both these systems will move east into the Great Basin and will not sink south like the current one arriving in the southwest this morning. This system is forecast to bring valley rain and mountain snow to southwest Arizona today and tonight the high pressure will build over the weekend allowing temps to return to seasonal normals.
Back down here in Baja we will be seeing some cloudiness at least this morning.
It looks like today and tomorrow strongest winds will be in the central Sea, aka the northern crossing, with 20 knots today on the Baja side today.

Don't chisel these forecasts in stone. This is an Amateur Endeavor. They, however, are normally very close.
