After the Sonrisa Weather it’s back to work.

The following is from my daily ham radio Report

Voice to Text……….
.Looking down into the Sea this morning northern has changed in the past 24 hours. A few fluffys are passing through the northern Sea and the Pineapple Express continues to blanket the Mexican Riviera.
So wherever you were yesterday the sky conditions will be the same today.
Down along the ITCZ between 110 and 130 there is an area of heavy convection that is pumping copious amounts of tropical moisture laden clouds into a 110 mph jet stream and sending them directly toward Mexico. The plume passes over Mexico and into the Gulf of Mexico where it is fuelling a cold front in the gulf.
And speaking of the gulf and Florida in particular they are having record low temperatures there that have been in the 20s and there is a danger of loosing the entire Florida citrus crop.
The cold wave is being driven by an unusual sharp and persistent kink in the jet stream that is being blocked from moving by a strong ridge of high pressure over Greenland. As a result, an exceptionally strong surface high pressure of 1055 mb over the North Central U.S. is pushing large amounts of cold, Arctic air southwards from Canada.
That’s probably more than you wanted to know about Florida oranges but that was about the only thing interesting I found about today’s weather.
Satellite imagery is showing some fog along the outside of the peninsula, fairly heavy at turtle bay and in the Laguna area.
The Tehuantepecker is still at gale force and will stay in the 25-35 knot ranges for at least the next 48 hours.
That’s it for down here so looking north now to the west coast of America where nothing has changed much up there in the past 24 hours. There was a weak system move thorough Arizona that brought a dusting of snow in the northern mountains and just some clouds to the south. It is moving off into New Mexico this morning.
Dry weather will continue through the weekend for the Great Basin ,the southwest and southern California. Northern California, close to the Oregon border, Oregon and Washington will continue to have light rain well into next week.
Back down here in Baja we will be having another day of mostly light to moderate northwesterly winds. Clear skies over Baja and the Mexican Riviera will continue to be blanketed with a moisture laden Pineapple Express.

Don't chisel these forecasts in stone. This is an Amateur Endeavor. They, however, are normally very close.
