Finally after repeated e-mails, negotiations and then letters to the real-estate agencies, the evil realtor has been made to send me the Termination of Buyer/Tenant Representation agreement.
However, seeing as I gave her two weeks to act civilized and she didn't, I am going to create a paper trail of registered complaints with appropriate State agencies. That way if she pulls this again with someone else, she will not be able to wiggle out of the consequences.
And, seeing as I'm up during sun light, it is 81 degrees and gorgeous outside. Roxie and I are going to play in the yard. :-D
One of the greatest things about coming from a family that has taken ethnic diversity to the alter many times over is that I can celebrate just about every eastern and western european holiday.

According to our good friend Proserpina and her March Blog, today, March 11th, is Worship Of Tools Day.
Today is a time to give thanks and homage to the tools in your life be they Garden, Weather Monitoring, Construction or Human.
Okay, maybe not the human we think is a tool ;-)
So, go to the best Hardware Store in the area and stand in awe and reverence to the wonderous tools displayed. Perhaps even take some time to clean and organize your tools.
But most of all be glad that someone, somewhere made something that makes your life easier.
