Overcast, a slight draft from the north temp -1C, supposed to have some sun with temps to 10C, that remains to be seen. Poor, weather in the offing for the week, windy, cool and wet.

Donna will have a good chance to travel today, weather coming not expected till this evening. Wind from NE, this time of year should be coming from the south, suppose it will make the change one of these days.

Kids both home last night, Rob out at a buddies till late. Emily returned from her friends around suppertime.

Price of lobsters still good, could be twice the price and not make a difference. Between weather conditions and cold water temps not many being landed.

Wow Rob, will this storm be really bad on Grand Manan?? It flew through here this morning at a very fast rate. At one point my weather station said we were getting rain at the rate of 6.4 inches an hour. We only ended up with about an inch. So greatful for that. You guys stay safe and I will watching the weather. This storm is supposed to head right over New York city. How scary is that!

Good Morning Rob and Al
It's finally BBQ weather here on the prairies. It's too bad you guys didn't steam this way. You could have tossed a couple of lobsters in a tank , would be great with the steak.
Have a good day
Stay dry

Good morning Al, I would say the same weather headed here is visiting your way also. Hazy here at the moment the wind is making an effort to go NE. Tonight is when it is looking to give us a wallop for a couple of days.

No BBQ today or for the next few.

Good Day Rob,
Looks like we are going to be under a storm advisory soon down here. Not looking too good for most of next week at this point.

I heard lobsters were at $13 per pound here.Quite an increase from the $5 they were getting a few months ago.I don't know how the catch has been but the weather certainly isn't co-operating here either.

Take care,
