Overcast, cool at -7C with wind from NW 20-25KPH. Temp to rise during the day, but a dull day in the offing as sun hiding behind cloud cover.
Have not heard how the girls team made out last night, the game was played at 1900 HRS. Noticable the number of people that followed the teams to Freerciton. Next week the March Break crowd head south, Some of the family groups driving, and the older Baby Boomers hopping on a plane.
A few boats putting scallop gear aboard to 'up the Bay', have no reports on how the fellows that have gone made out. The weather has been so poor can't imagine they have had many days to give it a good shot. Lobster price to the boat last week or so $6.50, haven't checked on the scallop price. A couple of boats still dragging for sea urchins, when weather permits diving for urchins on the back of the island going to be explored. The season for urchins getting close to the end, mid-March I believe.
Emily had a guest in her new abode, seems to have been a success as they are just now moving about.
