Thick fog, sun attempting to make a brief appearance prior to the forerunner of the arrival of ARTHUR, now 15C, showers by this afternoon, appears ARTHUR entering the Bay late tonight with lots of rain and gale force winds till tomorrow afternoon. Sunday looking sunny and mild, long-range not too bad, but no decisions on cloud or sun.
ARTHUR not a common weather event this time of year, his track moving ever so slightly to the west on each update, now on the western shore of Nova Scotia up the Bay rather than the eastern shore of Novie.
Preliminary report from Grey Zone not too encouraging in quantity, to be expected for awhile, especially with the amount of gear in conflict in certain areas, once that is settled might have a better idea on what the fishery looks like for the next little while.
