A cool one this morning, temp -10C with a NW breeze moving it around at 20-25KPH giving a significant windchill effect, no great change in conditions this next couple of days. The storm for the weekend still being reported, just a little note of conflict in the forecast between U.S. & Canadian temp seems to be on the rise just where the rain snow line is to form is where the debate lies, both agree on the wind.
A great crowd travelling yesterday, both trips full, left a number of vehicles at 5:30PM trip. Not a 'stranger from away' in the group as a consequence lots of visiting going on, short sailing time when that occurs. Busy in the stores, believe Donna is ready for the old guy, Emily not impressed with the hubbub in all the stores, a shopper, at this time, she ain't, seems her belief if it is not online guess one doesn't need it. Certainly can forgo the shopping experience.
Fishing news remains positive, price holding in the $4/lb range, not great but certainly a much better price than last year. Next fishery in mid-January scallops, again price looking grand, remains to be seen if any quantity can be had.
