Overcast, sun attempting to get a foothold, could go either way. A ray of sun over Ross Island, harbour being pushed around with a breeze from NW 15-20KPH. Temp a modest 8C might make into double digits, then cooler temps prevail for remainder of the week.

Only communication from Halifax, a short txt announcing she was at MICMAC MALL, obviously a must seen for a first time visit to Halifax.

Did manage to get some of the lights on the house, before temp and weather conditions made it a chore. A bit of a first for me.

Teams from mainland put quite a show at the arena, large pot luck supper very well attended, another game this afternoon.

Good morning. Cold here in Niagara Falls, only 1*C.
Been no sunshine for over a week now. Do you think you could get some photos of the boats leaving on Nov 13th and post them? That would be wonderful. Are you going out fishing too?

Mornin David, lobster fishing sky and temps in commence today. Will be even more so later on in the week. Lots of traps heading to the wharf this weekend, guys insuring thier spots are secure for the big push next week. Wind has shifted to Northerly, as a consequence the temp reflects the change.

A week Tuesday is Opening Day, a little far out to sepeculate on the weather conditions. This past few years has been mild with little wind to deal with, boats are all overloaded as yon know dosen't take much weather to make the job more than a little hazardous. Still nothing more than speculation on what the price will be, only thing certain alot of trap hitting the bottom on 13 NOV 12.

Our Emily doing a bit of travelling in the Maritimes this weekend, a first visit to Halifax for her. A few weeks ago such a venture might be suspect unless Donna was nearby, not the case now.

Stay warm.

Mornin CHUNKS, indeed it is hard to believe the temps we have HAD for November. Seasonal here at the moment with northerly breeze making it more like the season for sure.

Emily reported in this morning, an event later on today then they will be returning to UNB this afternoon. Seems to have enjoyed her little change of venue, whathisname had to work this weekend so it made the decision to travel a bit easiar I'm sure.

Have started my GRISWOLD thing, takes a few days to see what works and what dosen't. Some of it should be retired, but will spend time and effort to get another season out of it. However will not turn them on as early as the Xmas Carols have turned on in the stores. Quite a contrast a few days ago, Halloween and Christmas stuff in the aisles going up and coming donw. Didn't realize the Halloween decorating had progressed to the level it rivals Xmas, can't get into the Halloween motif at all.

Have a good one and one has to make an effort to stay warm, no denying the change in the seasons.
