Fog burning off as the sun gains a bit more power, calm, a nice 15C, temp to rise into 20's once again and remain clear. Similar conditions for the next few days.
Emily a brief report, getting to know her fellow 'campers', keeping busy, afternoon at TREEGO, a success. Lectures and assignments from the first day a blur, didn't know what they were talking about, but not a great concern to her, get the impression a bit of a universal feeling by the group. No conversation all by txt with Donna.
Rob has a couple of weeks remaining, allowing himself a week off prior to returning to school. They continue to keep him busy lots of hours yesterday, three tides of rockweed harvest takes into the evening to load the trucks.

As Emily sees that she is not alone in the row boat - i.e. what was the prof talking about - she will gain the understanding that all who attend take a while to adjust from high school thinking to university thinking. It sure makes it easier when you realize in a small group that you are not the only one not comprehending. For those not attending this week - they are all going to think that they are the only commplete idiots after their first lecture. A horrible feeling. Small groups are MUCH better.
We have broken out of the deep fog of this morning and are now in complete sun. It is very hot but not as humid as yesterday - thank the Lord!
Still rearranging my life after being away so better finish lunch and get on the ball.
