A great weather contrast from past few days, bright sunrise, calm, is a cool -1C, lots of frost in evidence. Temp to rise in low double digits, remaining clear, very warm for the weekend, looking good into next week.

Emily endured the outdoor picture taking, nearly froze, the lot of them, however proofs look very good. They ain't cheap as they say, cap and gown and civilian clothes good for the photographer, heavy on the wallet.

Emily off to Quispam, solo tomorrow for Thanksgiving celebrations. She is confident have no problem making that trip, however not prepared for a visit to downtown unless she has another pair of eyes.

Dear Rob:

Ditto for us - frost over-night leading to bright sunshine and at least out-door weather with a light sweater.

Well, you knew it had to happen sooner or later. Emily on her own to Saint John. I know exactly how you are feeling. Every time, and still, that the kids take the car out I am chewing nails till they get back and then just pretend that I am totally cool when they arrive. Sure our parents did the same.

Heard the Grand Manan adventure off again. Guy on the news this a.m. going on about 'peaches' instead of 'lemon'. He did not sound that bright. Oh well. Thank God for our old ship and yet older ship when the old ship also breaks down. GOD.

Well, have to get to. Have a great one.

Word. Chunks.

Good morning rob.
it is strange that 2 people would talk about dulse on the prairie. It's like when I posted the photo of the Grand Manan 5 while she was in drydock at St. John's, Nfld.
The world is getting to be a smaller and smaller place.
Enjoy the day.
