First day of summer is overcast, fog moving off can see the top of the Ross Island Light and treeline a bit surreal. Calm, 17C, a chance of showers, remaining overcast till mid week.
Last week of lobster fishing season underway, lots of traffic before daylight heading to the wharf. A few traps will start making their way home by weeks end.
Emily has her first hours of instruction complete, a full 12 hours today. The instructor from the mainland as a consequence it is in his best interest to get the hours in as quick as possible.
Rob hired by his great grandfather to look after the mowing and trimming of his house. That should keep him busy for a few hours every week, once the weather clears.
