To Grand Manan on Friday - 1:30 boat. I got there at 12:45 and was still a bit iffy if I would get on? However, they did try to squeeze me on one ramp but too much hanging over so had to back down ramp in to corner of boat, angle between and under a tractor trailer? - back in to other corner of boat and then squeeze on to other ramp on opposite side. Good job I drive a horse trailer. This exercise not for the faint of heart. Lord.

Beautiful weather on G.M. Drove around aimlessly for hours showing mother the sites. As used to walking - nearly went crazy. Visited with the Anderson on Sat. a.m. and then off to other parts until the 3:30 boat back. The art gallery had a wonderful show and I am set to bid on one of the Chairs for Charity that Joan Fellows? made for the Rotary Festival. Awesome.

Flat calm all the way over. By the time I drove to Sussex and back to Hampton was pretty much done in. This morning was son's church graduation ceremony - wherein the grads received their bibles. A beautiful affair, starting with a FULL breakfast at 9:00 for the grads and parents and then the service itself.

Attempting now to do yard stuff but it is extremely muggy. If the huge ring around the sun is any indication will be a bit stormy before long.

House to be kept quiet as exam prep in commence so I am off to attempt the garden again.
