Thick fog this morning, temp 6C, a draft from NE, expecting some rain later on with temps staggering into low double digits. Clearing for tomorrow with similar weather pattern expected for Sunday(rain).

Emily getting her miles in last evening, Donna getting many views of the island each evening, might get a respit this evening, Emily babysitting tonight and again tomorrow.

A few brant inview on the edge of the fog, visibility down to less than 1/2 mile at the moment.

Dear Rob:

You have fog we have thunder and lightning. This popped up about 10 minutes before the first rugby game. This was actually quite scarey because the entire student body was out to the field and the boys were on the playing field. When the lightning got close enough that I actually got it on my video camera? the ref called a 10 minutes time out. Meanwhile, everyone with umbrellas were holding their breathes.

Game resumed with thunder still happening? and we went on to win. I have no idea what the score was because there was too much action with the kids all around. Anyway ....

It is still black as your boot out and still thundering. ARG.

Husband is dead to the world. He worked a double and stayed up for the boys game. Toothpicks had to be retained to keep eyes open for the last half. I suspect I will be doing my own thing for the rest of the night -- with the cat, of course.

Anyway - have a good one. I would love to have the mysterious fog right now. It would be good for my own little world.

Later. Word. Chunks.

Good morning! You've got my fog envy going again. Obviously it's not so good for folks having to travel, etc. But I do love it.

Quiet here. Wondering if we'll get any of that severe that popped up yesterday and last night. I'll let the experts ponder the charts and graphs, and then tell me. That's what we have experts for, after all ;-) A good day to you!
