A slight breeze from SW @ 10-15KPH, 5C temp, nice moon most of the night, now slight overcast, weather pattern in a transition with clear weather in the offing for tomorrow.

A trip to St. John, Emily ortho, her dad for another check on his eye. Donna going along this trip, will give her an opportunity to have a look around. Would be tight to make the quick turn around as a result she and Emily can do a bit of 'looking around' in a more leisurly manner.

Road crews still catching up on the washouts from the weekend. The rain we had yesterday brought the brooks back to whitewater rafting status in a hurry, lots in the woods to make it into the Bay.

Dear Rob:

Bet that your trip today will be an awesome adventure in itself. We have a VERY STIFF wind here - inland - today so the ferry crossing will certainly give you a sense of the 'thrill of the roller-coaster'. HA HA Hang on to your hat, as the saying goes. Speaking of water - I must hide your idea of white water rafting in the brooks. I am sure that my crew would think that was an excellent idea to try out. If it has not been done that is all the more reason to give it a shake so they can say - 'been there, did that'. LORD.

Today is Rugby tryouts again. Had to do an 'emergency' wash last night at 10:30 as the clothes, or he assured me they were clothes, that he pulled from his gym bag looked rather like a swine had enjoyed a very good rolling in the mud all day. I am sure the washer will be plugged for weeks. Son has 'several' rather interesting looking bruises to match his purple jersey. I said he should just jump in front of a bus and get it over with, but he assures me that being tackled by three guys, all weighing at least 200 each, is 'awesome fun'. I am TRYING to imagine it.

Well, the house will be full of love this weekend as the daughter is coming home from university for Easter weekend. That means that many of her guitar lugging buddies will be a permanent fixture here for the duration. Is there Easter rock and roll music? I must have to go somewhere that I have forgotten about.

I will take a picture of the sculpture if possible but don't get too excited. This one is a mini and it is mounted on a piece of the lost forest wood from White Head Island. It actually takes longer to do a mini, but the results can be interesting.

Well, the Easter menu planning awaits as does several other projects before I can have some time to do a bit of sculpture, so am off.

Hope the trip goes well and you enjoyed the ride. CHUNKS

Morning CHUNKS, sounds as if the son and heir did good as they say on most of his scholastic endeavous, certainly enough to allow him to keep his freedom.
Rob has redeemed himself, with alot of his freetime, and Donna leaning over his shoulder. He is quite proud of what he accomplished over the week with a little effort.
Wet suit at Deep Cove would be in the order of the day this week, the southerly has brought some large ones ashore, a surf board could get going a fair ways off shore.
When the kids get time to put your pictures on, intereted to see your sculpture.
Time to get off to the Head crowd heading for the car.
