I'm with Sully on the DVR and, in fact, that's sort of why I'm here in your blog - I just watched a Charlie Rose interview with Amory Lovins from July 15 (er, I fell a little behind this summer) and you are going to love it! Full of solid data and all the reasons why drilling and nuclear energy won't happen as well as the REAL solutions to foreign oil dependency. Did you know that only 2% of electricity generation comes from oil? Watch it! :)

Some pretty amazing stuff. I think in order for us to understand it, we'd have to see russia votein a very hardline communist who wants to rebuild soviet russia and reignite the cold war. We'd be vehemently against that. Understandably, the world is against McCain because every other sentence he mentions the military, war, the KGB, soldiers, and so on. He doesn't seem like a very friendly diplomat.

I live in Wisconsin, I have to say I have never seen more dems cross over to the republican side. I belive McCain is going to take the election, the press is going to be shocked at the out come becouse they are missleading us to think obama is up in the polls.

We have fear:

Why isn’t this being shown with all the Republican ads?? Who is Obama trying to help? NOT AMERICA, then maybe the TERRORIST??? With nothing to defend ourselves and our country, it would be very easy for them to take us over!!!

Clutching guns:

We laud the outcome of this Supreme Court decision, but at the same time we are extremely alarmed at the closeness of the vote, a 5-4 decision. Do you realize that we were only ONE VOTE from losing our right, under the Second Amendment to keep and bear arms! This is scary because if the extreme left socialists win this next election, and the anti-gun activist Barack Obama is in the position of appointing a Supreme Court Justice, be prepared to see more political legislation from the bench and a loss of our Constitutional Rights. Keep in mind that Obama’s running mate, Joe Biden, is also an anti-gun activist.

I think that guy in Wisconsin is going to be shocked when Obama takes that state by 12 points.
