Well, there are three main forecast models: Global Forecast System, Global Ensemble Model?,and European something. ECMWF was the bast for hurricane sandy, and GFS is for large extra tropical lows (nor'easters). And GEM is for precipitation ( go to this Link and go to forecasts and models), so it must be best for nor'easters and panhandle hooks and tropical storms that enter Canada.

I was thinking and I thought the perfect storm hurricane needed a name, so i named it Hurricane Vicky. Also, I thought that there should be a color for extra tropical. It should be black.

Have you ever wondered how many storms have took a similar path as Fran? Is Sandy unusual? Then, if you know the answers, please comment because it is not that hard to know the answers.Forecastman
