As June comes to a close, we complete our first full month with the PWS known to WU as KORASTOR29. It seems it was a rainy month, and not too hot. This is a good thing.

Yes, it appears the weather station is now working correctly. There have been no overnight data interruptions for three weeks, and a temporary problem wherein the info for my weather station, KORASTOR29, was showing light rain when it wasn't raining has been fixed. Since no weather events of any significance have occurred since this weather station came online May 17th, 2014, there is little to say about the weather itself. The wait for a solution to the apparent malfunctioning aspirating fan continues. Also, connectivity was lost again in the overnight for some reason. Perhaps my ISP is throttling me down between 2 and 4 pm, or something else is going on. I will continue to watch this to see if it is an ongoing issue. My fascination with weather statistics goes back many a year. Having been a broadcast journalist for more than 20 years, I covered many hundreds of varying weather stories.
