Sure it might be voluntary, but that would be paramount to say, Macy's not allowing someone to shop unless they sign a form agreeing to all sorts of clauses and conditions.

Finally got around to looking at that. Interesting to think an online company would threaten folks like that. A contract like that will be thrown out so fast by a court it's not even funny.
