I was only 12 at the time of the revolt, but I do remember it. It has been 50 years, but time does not erase the betrayal. I was glad to meet so many Hungarians were were brought to America and resettled in many states, such as Pennsylvania and Ohio (where I was born and raised.) As I mentioned I had many childhood friends who were Hungarians. I have a link which tells some about the revolution. I am sorry President Eisenhower misled the good Hungarian people. I wish I could change history, but I am unable to do that. Please know that I realize fully what happened and am saddened by it. I hope and feel that our relations are very good at this time. God's Peace to you, Andras. May God Bless Hungary!!!!
Man is common with every galaxy in the light-perspective of the past of sixteen billion light years. In this time-plume - God's mind - we look, we can find ourselves and each other, the contemporaries and the past. So we know more than what can be suffered, or can be viable as a pleasure, what we can say or describe humanly. And in this sectional view we look a Lot, to see Some from this, seemingly ephemeral eternity. Because we know: blessed are those who meet in the imperishable light. Thank you your kind attention and sympathy manifested toward our people! With friendship:
