She's back!

By: BruceMac, 5:42 PM GMT on April 15, 2014

What gender would a weather station be? Anyway, after battling the cows to standoff I put the station up on it's new pole over the weekend. A long and involved process followed to get the data back out on the Internet including communicating the new coordinates, altitude and height (the new pole is shorter) to WUnderground and CWOP. Instead of technical difficulties I have ... cows. Curious, pushy, annoying and at times destructive cows. They arrived the same day that I poured the concrete for the new station post. Nor'easter Act I

By: BruceMac, 9:17 PM GMT on February 13, 2014

Act II has arrived with 30+ mph gusts. Act III is the back-end counter-punch of snow due tonight - perhaps another 4 inches.
